A Story about Privacy

Years back, I was young and crazy, Oh I am Still the same!

I was always a overthinker, doing 5 things at a time. My mentor had once said, "you do it very powerfully, zzzzzzzz controlling all things together". Yet I mess things when there is too much. One of the mentors at some point left me a message, 'think on paper, write down your thoughts'. Though a boring concept, it lead to grounded efforts and later development of books from the huge library of content.

Most participants are also given a task at some point to integrate their shifts through expressive writing. Not just expression, healing, integration, structured grounding, better decision making are some benefits.

But, then one of the participants had burned the paper after writing. It led to confusion this coaching does not use rituals or unmapped actions. On enquiry, I realized it was not a ritual but a need for privacy. This inspired the digital options for journaling. Write-Express-Store-Review-Allow-Delete when done.
